Everything is a Remix Part 1 (Music)
I was browsing around the web and landed on an interesting post on TheHundred.com blog, talking about the topic: original ideas vs copying, and that's how I came across these videos. From centuries past to the modern world today, I do see that everything we've ever done in history is a "remix" of something that was already done beforehand. I guess this is a part of human nature and evolution, but don't get caught remixing too much in today's age or you might get sued! F'reals though, tone down the remixing, especially in music, por favor.

Some background: The 4-part video series created by a New York-based filmmaker, Kirby Ferguson, explains this concept of "remixing" (aka copying) in music, entertainment, and even technology with some historical references. Essentially, each idea we think is "original" is really a mix of bits and pieces of other ideas put together.
