Day 148: I can't get enough of Vegas! But then again I'm so sick of it! It's a love/hate thing... (Pictures)

http://daysofj.blogspot.com

So these past 2 weekends in a row, I've been partying hard in the biggest party city in the USA, Sin City! (AKA Las Vegas!!) You can call me crazy, but I just call it living it up. We are only young once right? =P

"Livin young, and wild, and free" is the motto, only if you can handle it.

I'm no gambling addict or anything, but you can make a trip to Vegas all paid for as long as you play your cards right. That's the fun part about going to Vegas because if you're up alot of $ then its like a free trip, which is why I was able to go back-to-back weekends =D

It's all about betting big at the right moments. Go BIG or go HOME!

Here are some scenic pictures I took during my time in Vegas both weekends:

As much fun as I had in Vegas, I need to recover my mind & body so I think ima chill off Vegas for a while... just a few months maybe? =X

Day 134: It's Rick Ross x Drake with a dope track - Made Men (Music Video)

Rick Ross - Made Men ft. Drake

- Alt Audio Link

This song has been growing on me ever since I heard it a while back on this streaming Hip-Hop station, and I gotta say it's pretty #raw.

I didn't expect to see Rick Ross & Drake get together & make a music video for this song, but good for them.. they probably had mad fun making this anyways. I'm glad they did it b/c it gives me something to watch when I'm bored too =P

This beat is a banger... not too OG but not soft either (has some shades of dark too). Not sure how to label it but it's dope to me!

Watching this music video makes me want to go to Vegas now.. lol

Day 39: Vegas baby Vegas! (Pics)

http://daysofj.blogspot.com

This past weekend I went to Las Vegas, NV aka "Sin City" aka "free trip if you play your cards right", and man I had an awesome time over there!

I did have some downs and lost $300 the first night from drunk gambling (never again, lesson learned!), but overall I came up! My game of choice is Baccarat, so the next day I focused my good-will & strategy and was able to work the baccarat table I was playing at, eventually turning $100 into $700!! My goal next time is to turn it into $1,000 in one sitting, and I know I can do it. =D

I love to party and socialize, so my friends and I decided to check out Club XS @ Encore the last night, which is visually one of the sickest clubs there. This club is the most popular place to party at these days and always gets super packed. If you don't get bottle/table service then you're going to have to wait forever in line just to get in. If you want to skip the line then you can always pay off the bouncer since money makes the world go round in Vegas.

Here are a few good pictures I took during my trip (I wish I could of taken more, but I was either too drunk, occupied, or forgot my camera):

Day 10: ESPN's 30 for 30 about Mike Tyson & Tupac

This is a very interesting ESPN: 30 for 30 documentary called "One Night in Vegas" (that just aired last night) which is about Mike Tyson & Tupac Shakur's growing bond together and contains stories about their friendship leading up to the night Tupac was murdered after the Tyson-Bruce Seldon fight in Vegas on Sept 7th, 1996. There is a lot of commentary from very well known people such as Nas, Mickey Rourke, Maya Angelou, and many more.

This documentary goes pretty deep, and shares a lot of insight & stories that opened up my eyes a bit more about the two of them. Definitely worth watching the whole 50 minutes of it.
