Cmon freals Swizzy, Amare, & Melo?!?! I think this is probably only used for the intermissions between timeouts & breaks during the game anyways, but still... I'm sure they could have come up with a better themed NY Knicks song than that!

If it was DJ Pauly D in the mix then I'd understand how this would fit together. With Swizzy tho, why not stick with a Hip-Hop themed song.. I mean, I thought Hip-Hop originated in New York? :\

This is Zach Galifianakis's version of his own music video for the song "Can't Tell Me Nothing" by Kanye West. He is so freakin hilarious!

I just saw this funny skit yesterday and wanted to share it with everyone because if it can make me laugh then I'm sure ya'll will find it entertaining too. I gotta say tho, Jimmy Fallon does a really good Charlie Sheen impression and looks just like him, haha!

If you're like me then you must be tired of hearing about Charlie Sheen since he's all over the news, web, radio, and talk show jokes 24/7 (seriously 24/7!). Just like Jersey Shores, it's dumb entertainment and people love watching/talking/hearing about it, so all this Charlie Sheen stuff has grown on me.

Day 115: Jimmy Kimmel's new workout - Hottie Body Hump Club (Video)

At first I thought this was another dumb skit by Jimmy Kimmel, but as soon as I saw all the "hotties" featured in this skit then I found it to be.. DUMB STILL! All I gotta say is "Jimmy K" is one lucky mofo to be able to gather all these beautiful actresses together, so on that note it makes it worth watching ;)

Just to name-drop a few of the lovely ladies: Scarlett Johansson, Minka Kelly, & Eva Longoria play a part in this skit. I'm not gonna say any more names (yes, there are more!), so check out Jimmy K's new workout video to see the rest of the "hotties"

Ok, but seriously don't get mad at me if you feel stupid after this. Just watch this if you need to kill time or are SUPER-bored.

Day 111: "The Black Mamba" by Robert Rodriguez (Video)

NBA All-Star Weekend in LA has already begun, which means all the wait is over! Here's the Kobe Bryant short film called "The Black Mamba" directed by Robert Rodriguez.

I gotta say it's pretty entertaining and sorta funny to watch. There are cameos made by Danny Trejo, Bruce Willis, and Kanye West. Overall, I think Kobe & Robert Rodriguez did a good job setting up this film.

In the meantime, I'm going to explore LA & try find some spottings of NBA players, and document the festivities. This is going to be a fun weekend in LA! =)

Day 107: X-Men: First Class Trailer - Looks pretty cool! (Video)

I was a big fan of X-Men growing up (watching the cartoon & collecting cards!), and I'm a bit excited yet skeptical of this new X-Men: First Class movie coming out this Summer (6/03/11).

Out of all the X-Men movies, I really only liked X-Men 2: X-Men United and thought all the other ones were pretty lame & stupid. This new movie should be quiet different because it takes place when they were young adults and basically has a whole new/younger cast of people in it (new X-Men characters too). Based on the trailer, it does look like it's going to be pretty awesome tho..

Day 104: The Superbowl ad that caught my attention.. Baby Darth Vader! (Videos)

Let's just say that I was "pretty drunk" during the Superbowl and was so involved with the game (I had money on the line!) that I didn't really pay much attention to any of the Superbowl ads (nor did I remember much from that night either). BUT, the one commercial I do remember & stood out in all the craziness was this one.

I thought Volkswagen did an awesome job making this commercial funny & cute, and incorporating one of my favorite pastimes, Star Wars!! Claaassic!!

Were there any other good Superbowl ads that top this one? Feel free to share =P

Day 102: Street Fighter Ultra Combo in real life! + Cool fight scene (Videos)

For all you Street Fighter fans, here's a cool video showing what an Ultra Combo would look like in real life.

Being a fan of anime & video games, I think these guys did a very good job with this setting this up and creating video game-like shots. I really liked everything about it from the camera angles & the on-point sound effects/action to the nice moves & cool KO graphics. This looks better than some "video games converted to real life" fight scenes I've seen before..

Pretty cool from a video game stand-point, right?

I really want to see what these guys can do with a cool cast of actors, a better background setting, and more budget for graphics. I nominate them to make the next "Street Fighter: The Movie".. or at least a trailer =P

Day 94: The LeBrons Animated Series - F'reals LeBron? You're kidding right?

So, I just read that LeBron James is coming out with his own web-based animated series called "The LeBrons" (very original Lebron!) scheduled to launch sometime this spring. I'm too lazy to explain what this is all about, so you can read more about it here.

Personally, I think he should have premiered this while he was a Cleveland Cavalier when everybody in the world was embracing him even though he hadn't won a championship yet. Since he chose the EZ route and left to the Miami Heat, a lot of haters have emerged and I can see a lot of people not giving a fcuk about this & clowning LeBron even more.

I do like LeBron James as an athlete and think he's an awesome NBA player, but I just think the timing of this is all wrong. It's too soon to try and convert LeBron-haters into fans again, but I guess kids don't know any better so this may actually be a smart move by LeBron (getting to the kids while they're young so they grow up to remember LeBron as a Miami Heat and not a quitter with the Cav's).

Day 92: Kobe taking "The Black Mamba" to Hollywood (Video)

It looks like Kobe Bryant aka "The Black Mamba" is taking his game & his nickname to the next level... HollywoOod!

Well, sorta-not really.. I just heard that Nike is collaborating with Kobe and creating some sort of short movie set to be released during the 2011 NBA All-Star Game, which is happening on Feb 18-21 in Los Angeles, CA. I guess this would seem fitting knowing that Kobe plays for the Los Angeles Lakers and is also leading in all-star votes as of today. What better way to represent for your city and do something "extraordinary" for your fans than make a movie, right?

I'm pretty sure this movie is all really to help promote Kobe's recent shoe that came out called the Zoom Kobe VI, but at least it should be more entertaining than D. Wade's "D3" commercials.

We'll have to wait until the 2011 NBA All-Star weekend to see how this movie turns out. If more development comes out in the meantime then I'll be sure to keep ya'll posted.

Day 89: Jim Carrey on SNL - Hilarious Black Swan Skit! (Video)

I just caught this super funny Saturday Night Live skit featuring Jim Carrey in a Black Swan parody. If you've already seen Black Swan then you'll laugh your pants off when you watch this.

First off, I just want to say that Jim Carrey is my all-time favorite comedian/actor, PERIOD. I grew up watching him ever since his In Living Color days, which basically put him & other the comedians in the show on the map (even a dancer too: J-LO aka "Hey Ho!"). That show was so freakin hilarious btw; they should definitely make a reunion show sometime!

Now onto the topic of Black Swan.. when I first saw the trailer, I was totally uninterested and shut this movie out of my head. Then I started hearing about how this movie was nominated for several awards, so that got me curious to see what this movie was all about...

So, I just saw this movie last week and I got to say this movie earns my two thumbs up! It was just so crazy, twisted, and suspenseful throughout the entire movie that it kept my mind thinking & my eyes glued onto the screen. If you haven't seen this movie then you gotta go check it out (even if you're the manliest d00d, you'll like it too).

Ok, I'm not going to lie... I heard there was a lesbian scene too with Natalie Portman & Mila Kunis, so that also influenced me to go see it.. What can I say, I'm a guy =P

Day 82: Jersey Shores is coming back for a 3rd season! (Preview)

To confirm all the rumors, yes MTV's Jersey Shores will be coming back for a 3rd season! You know what that means... IT'S T-SHIRRRRRRT TYYYYYYYME!

Not to say I totally like the show, but through the past seasons it's just grown on me. As a form of dumb entertainment, this show gets my gold star as it just cracks me up with all the stupid & crazy drama they get into. I'm even starting to become a fan of JWoww as she's just so freakin sexy from head to toe (voluptuous is the correct term!).

Anyways, here's the preview to the 3rd season. It looks like there will be two one new female member added to the crew minus the "dirty lil hampster" Angelina (Ewwwwww!).



This show will premier on Thursday, January 6th on MTV (check your local listing for the time).

Day 78: Action Movies to look forward to in 2011 (Movie Trailers)

So I was "taking a break" from work the other day and decided to search for some cool new movies coming out in 2011. As I was finding some interesting movies to add onto my movie list, it just dawned on me: 2011 is going to be all about Aliens & Robots!! Well not quiet, but I really hope we can get out of the vampires, werewolves, and kid wizards phase please.

Anyways, here are some awesome movie trailers that caught my attention:

Battle: Los Angeles

- Set to be released in March 2011 and stars Michelle Rodriguez & Aaron Eckhart
(Looks as if it could happen in real life.. and I'm living in LA too... AHHH!)

Cowboys & Aliens

- Set to be released in July 2011 and stars Daniel Craig (007!) and Harrison Ford
(This may be a hit or fail but the trailer has me curious)

Sucker Punch

- Set to be released in March 2011 and is from the directors of Watchmen & 300
(Looks like it will have a lot of cool visuals & non-stop action/fighting scenes)

Day 74: TRON Legacy - Another "Derezzed" Music Video by Daft Punk

Here's another "Derezzed" music video by Daft Punk to help promote the movie TRON: Legacy, which is coming out next Friday, December 17th. I'm super excited to see this movie as it's going to be full of awesome visuals, graphics, action, and drama. I can't wait!

Day 71: Next FUNNY movie to look forward to - Your Highness (Trailer)

The producers of Pineapple Express are at it again with a new mid-evil comedy movie called Your Highness featuring the always-funny & hilarious Danny McBribe (aka Kenny Powers from Eastbound & Down). Also starring in this movie is the so-lovely Natalie Portman, the also-funny James Franco, and the very-sweet Zooey Deschanel (she sort of reminds me of Katy Perry).

This movie is set to be released in April 2011 so don't get excited just yet, but believe me.. this will be a VERY funny movie. I can't wait to see this one! =)

Day 54: Inception? No, it's INEBRIATION (Video)

If you've seen the movie Inception then you'll understand INEBRIATION. I finally got to see Inception over the week and it was such an AWESOME movie (definitely DVD-buying worthy). Anyways, the above video is a parody of this movie but instead of being about dreams, it's about being drunk.
